As a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with more than 20 years of experience to my name (with 15 of those years spent at New You Nutrition), I’m here to help you sort through the facts and fictions of all things nutrition. Our initial session begins with a 60-minute overview of your current nutritional habit and your goals. Follow-up sessions revolve around targeted strategies to help you reach specified goals.

Rejuvenate in Eight

This eight-week program is designed to reduce stress, ease inflammation, and help you gain more energy. It includes bi-weekly 30-minute online sessions as well as support documents, recipes, and helpful tips and advice.
